You enable two-factor authentication in your account security settings by scanning a QR code with any standard authenticator app (TOTP). After that, signing in requires your password plus a six-digit code. It is optional but strongly recommended.

RAID distributes data across multiple drives with redundancy. If an individual disk fails, storage remains available while redundancy is restored, reducing the risk of interruption and hardware-related data loss. Together with version history and deleted-file recovery, it adds another layer of resilience around the files you keep in InfiniDrive.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe from your InfiniDrive panel. Applicable taxes are shown before checkout. You can cancel at any time in the panel or by writing to [email protected]; the plan then remains active until the end of the paid period.

When a paid subscription ends, the account returns to the free 10 GB tier; if your data exceeds that, you keep access to download it for a documented grace period before storage limits are enforced. A verified full account deletion follows the retention process described in the Privacy Policy.
